As a collector or first time buyer at Bonavista Fine Art we want you to be very pleased with your original artwork purchase and we are eager to ensure all of our art collectors are satisfied with their investments. Every effort has been made to accurately portray the colours and textures of the artwork. It can be an unnerving experience purchasing artwork online, relying on photographs and computer screens for colour accuracy, and we understand. That’s why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, the artwork may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a full refund or exchange.
Return Policy For purchases made in person all sales are final.
If your item has been purchased online and you would like to make an exchange or request a refund you should contact us right away and let us know you are returning the piece.
Artwork must be returned in the original condition it was shipped. Please ensure that your return is very carefully packaged in the same manner as it was delivered to you. If shipping the artwork, it is a good idea to obtain insurance and a tracking number, as we will not be held responsible for lost items, or damage due to improper packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered by Bonavista Fine Art Inc.
Funds will be returned to you, or a new piece will be sent out, within 10 business days of receiving the returned artwork.
Damaged Goods All of our shipments are logged photographically before and after packaging. If your package arrives with obvious physical damage you may refuse it and have it sent back to us. If after accepting the delivery you discover damage, please contact us via email, so we can initiate a return.
In order to comply with our carriers’ terms of insurance, we must be informed within 48 hours of receipt, via email, of any damage to goods in transit. Failure to do so may result in loss of refund or exchange privileges.
Shipping Currently we only ship orders to Canada and the continental U.S. We ship most orders through Canada Post, but may use UPS for larger items. Orders are normally shipped the next business day, but may take up to five days to be processed. Shipping fees are based on the size & weight of the artwork and where it is being sent to. Please contact me for shipping costs. Shipments will go out within 7-10 business days of payment being cleared. Shipments to the US may incur additional duty and/or tax charges which are the responsibility of the customer.
